Job Description

In this role, you will be expected to confidently liaise with clients and their extended leadership team. You will also be responsible for effectively transitioning domain expertise to other colleagues and team members. Additionally, you will own a P&L and actively scout for new business opportunities. Your role will involve handling all aspects of client service administration, including tasks such as invoicing (and any subsequent invoice inquiries), budgeting, cost estimates, and ensuring account profitability. Furthermore, you will be required to identify cross-selling services from MSL and collaborate across Publicis Groupe to execute the same. For this role, you should have 8 to 10 years of experience, with a background in leading multiple mandates and managing a P&L. It is essential to have an understanding of how agency services, products, and offerings contribute to client retention and growth. You should be articulate, professional, and capable of representing the company effectively. Being an able guide and mentor to junior colleagues, as well as a trusted partner to senior colleagues, is crucial for success in this position. It is important to be respectful and tactful when interacting with co-workers and clients, while demonstrating a team and client-first approach.
