Associate Director of Public Relations

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with client goals and brand messaging. Lead client communication, providing strategic counsel, media training, and reputation management advice. Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Oversee press releases, bylines, pitches, media kits, and other PR content to ensure quality and consistency. Manage PR campaigns end-to-end—from ideation to execution and reporting. Monitor media coverage and PR performance, generating insights and ROI-driven reports for clients. Collaborate with internal teams (social, creative, strategy) to ensure cohesive integrated campaigns. Mentor, train, and supervise junior team members, driving productivity and professional growth. Identify proactive media opportunities, award submissions, and speaking engagements for clients. Stay up to date with PR trends, digital PR tools, and the evolving media and influencer landscape. Requirements: 7-9 minimum proven experience in public relations, preferably in an agency environment. Proven track record of managing high-profile clients and PR campaigns across industries. Strong media network across traditional and digital platforms, with demonstrated success in media placements. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management. Strategic mindset with a creative and results-driven approach. Crisis communication and reputation management experience is a plus.
