Job Description

As an Associate Director at our company, you will lead our public relations strategy and enhance brand visibility in the industry. Your role will involve strengthening the image and presence of our clients" brands by leveraging your connections with media agencies, journalists, and influencers. You will be instrumental in crafting compelling brand narratives, ensuring consistent communication across all channels, and securing significant media exposure for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives and drive agency growth. - Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the account management and PR team. - Collaborate with department heads to create integrated campaigns. - Serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts and nurture strong relationships. - Understand client needs, industry trends, and offer strategic recommendations. - Lead the development and successful execution of account plans. - Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing client accounts. - Actively pursue new business opportunities through pitches and presentations. - Assist in crafting proposals, contracts, and negotiation strategies. - Establish clear performance goals, offer feedback, and support professional development. - Cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation that drives excellence. - Monitor account profitability, budgets, and resource allocation. - Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field; a master's degree is a plus. - Minimum of 12 years of experience in a senior management role within an agency. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with clients and media. - Exceptional leadership and team management abilities to inspire and mentor staff. - Strategic thinker capable of developing and executing PR/Digital campaigns to achieve client goals. - Proficiency in PR and media monitoring tools, as well as analytics platforms. - Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.,
