We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant To Managing Director to lead and drive different teams reach their full potential. In this role, you'll be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively across all departments. The Executive Assistant gets things done. Their job is to stay on top of all of the pieces that make up a marketing or ad campaign, ensuring they stay on deadline and on budget. When companies undertake multi-platform strategic branding campaigns, they hire an Advertising Traffic Coordinator to keep things organized.Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and high standards.Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and improve operational performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, resource management, and workflow optimization.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Team Coordination
Act as a liaison between top management and teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.Schedule and facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project updates, challenges, and solutions.Client Liaison
Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring timely feedback on projects.Coordinate client meetings and presentations, ensuring all materials are prepared in advance.Leads Management
Oversee the preparation and review of lead presentations, ensuring they align with client expectations and company standards.Collate the leads received and oversee the appropriate response from the Business Development team.Project Management
Assist in tracking project deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.Administrative Support
Support the management team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.Maintain organized records of client communications, project files, and presentations.Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.6+ years of experience in operations coordination or project management, preferably in an advertising and marcom agency.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Role :
