Job Description

The Associate Director – IT Governance will lead and oversee IT governance initiatives including audits, assurance activities, policy drafting, and automation. The role ensures alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation across IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead IT audits and assurance programs to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Draft, review, and update IT policies and procedures in line with regulatory and business needs.
Implement and optimize automation solutions for governance processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate IT risks.
Monitor and report on IT governance metrics and KPIs to senior management.
Drive awareness and training on IT governance policies and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance.
Strong knowledge of IT audit methodologies, policy drafting, and automation tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, COBIT) preferred.
