Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to lead our technology team as the Head of IT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT operations, leading teams, and driving technological innovation. As the Head of IT, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technological vision and strategy of All Peoples Church World Outreach.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with the company's overall mission and goals.
Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technological improvements and cost savings.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements for data security and privacy.
Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and calculated risk-taking to stay at the forefront of technological advancements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in IT leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing IT teams and projects.
Strong technical skills in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
