Coordinate with third-party job work entities for the production of NPK blended fertilizers tailored to customer specifications. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and increase the sale of fertilizers across key markets in the Ivory Coast and its neighboring countries. Oversee the packaging of non-blended fertilizers, ensuring products are packed according to customer specifications, local regulations, and quality standards. Conduct in-depth market research to identify fertilizer trends, competitor activities, and customer demands in West Africa. Ensure all products, whether blended or non-blended, meet industry standards and regulatory requirements for quality, safety, and environmental impact. Train and support sales teams, distributors, and farmers on the effective use of fertilizers and the advantages of customized NPK blends. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). A minimum of 7 years of experience in fertilizer sales, clearing, and working with third-party entities for blending and packaging in West Africa. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (knowledge of French or local West African languages is highly advantageous).
