Security and Compliance Manager

Design, implement, and manage security policies for IAM, DLP, MDM, and EDR across Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS EC2 environments.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.

Ensure device compliance and enforce security baselines using Microsoft Intune and other MDM solutions.

Configure and maintain endpoint protection and firewall rules to safeguard enterprise assets.

Monitor and respond to security incidents using EDR tools and Microsoft Defender.

Automate administrative tasks and policy enforcement using PowerShell scripting.

Manage identities, roles, and access controls through Azure Active Directory and AWS IAM.

Administer Microsoft 365 security and compliance center settings to align with organizational policies.

Stay current with evolving security threats and recommend proactive measures.

Proven experience with enterprise-grade IAM, DLP, MDM, and EDR policy deployment.

Strong understanding of EDR tools, firewall configuration, and device compliance strategies.

Hands-on experience with Azure AD, Microsoft 365 admin center, and AWS EC2.

Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and scripting.

Experience in drafting and maintaining technical documentation and security policies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Microsoft certifications such as MS-500, SC-300, or AZ-104.

AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-tenant configurations.

Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and security frameworks.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).

Willing to Travel onsite as and when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
