About The Role
This isn’t a typical
Associate Director - Digital Marketing
role.You will work on initiatives that genuinely transform how finance works in India, a type of work few roles offer.We are looking for a high-ownership, data-driven Associate individual to lead performance marketing and elevate CoinDCX’s digital brand presence. This role sits at the intersection of user acquisition, paid growth, experimentation, and full-funnel optimisation.You will work closely with Product, Growth, Brand, Insights, Creative and Analytics to drive sustainable, high-quality growth across all digital touchpoints and shape the next phase of CoinDCX’s growth engine with strong governance, efficiency, and breakthrough digital storytelling.
What You’ll Do
Performance & Growth
- Own and scale paid acquisition across SAN channels (Google, Meta, Apple), programmatic, affiliates, OEM/App-store and emerging platforms
- Drive full-funnel optimisation: impression → click → install → activation → first trade → repeat engagement
- Build and manage rigorous experimentation frameworks (audience, creatives, landing pages, bidding, funnel drops)
- Partner with Analytics to develop MMM/MTA insights, channel mix models, LTV/CAC tracking and incrementality tests
- Create monthly/quarterly performance plans with CAC, ROI, payback and contribution margin ownership
- Manage automation levers to maximise ROAS at scale
Data, Measurement & Governance
- Ensure hygiene across pixels, events, tagging, MMP (Appsflyer, Branch) integrations, and compliance
- Build reliable attribution foundations and measurement systems
Digital Brand & Content
- Drive high-performing content and creative briefs for performance, social and upper-funnel campaigns
- Partner with Brand & Creative to build culturally relevant, digital-first ideas that drive business outcomes
You’ll Excel in This Role If You have
- 8+ years in digital marketing with deep expertise in paid performance
- Demonstrated ability to scale acquisition engines in high-growth consumer tech, fintech, or e-commerce
- Strong analytical toolkit - dashboards, SQL basics, attribution, cohorting, LTV modelling
- Ability to work with creative teams to produce thumb-stopping content and social assets
- Experience handling large media budgets with outcome-driven accountability
- Familiarity with crypto/fintech and regulatory guardrails is a plus
- Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and structured problem-solving
