About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join us as an Associate Director in our Major Projects Advisory practice. This is a high-impact role where you will be at the forefront of shaping how the world's most significant infrastructure and capital projects are delivered. You will lead a Centre of Excellence (CoE), drive business growth, and provide expert advisory to ensure complex programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Practice & Business Leadership:

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the Major Projects Advisory CoE.
• Spearhead business development, including proposal creation, client pitches, and relationship management to achieve growth targets.
• Drive innovation by integrating emerging methodologies and digital tools (e.g., BIM, Digital Twin, advanced analytics) into our service offerings.
• Establish and enforce global quality standards and best practices across all engagements.

Team & Capability Building:

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team of specialists.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning, developing training programs and career pathways for future leaders.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across global teams.

Client Delivery & Advisory:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on large-scale capital projects and complex programs.
• Design and oversee robust project management frameworks, including integrated planning, scheduling, cost intelligence, and risk management.
• Provide expert guidance on project governance, procurement strategies, and contract management.
• Implement digital reporting tools to provide clients with real-time project insights and enhanced control.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• 12-15 years of progressive experience in capital project advisory, project controls, or complex program management.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling delivery centers or CoEs.
• Professional certifications like PMP, MRICS, or APM are highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of the entire project lifecycle, cost drivers, and performance levers in infrastructure.
• Expertise in methodologies like Earned Value Management, Lean Construction, and TOC/CCPM.
• Familiarity with tools such as Primavera (P6), ERP systems, and cost/schedule analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard contract forms and global best practices.
