Associate Director Business Finance | E-commerce Brand Job Description Want to join a high-impact firm that's empowered over millions of people to launch businesses with zero investment? As Associate Director - Business Finance, you'll work alongside professionals across financial reporting, business finance, treasury, and taxation, teaming up with experts across departments. What You'll Do Partner with Business Leaders: Work closely with the business unit, actively participating in day-to-day operations and strategic planning. Financial Planning: Develop robust, bottom-up financial plans in collaboration with business and technology teams. Performance Tracking: Monitor key financial and business metrics, analyze variances, and drive corrective actions by creating visibility and accountability. Ownership of OKRs & AOP: Co-own the business unit's OKRs and build the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to align with strategic goals. Revenue Cycle Leadership: Direct policies, initiatives, and operations around revenue optimization and business development. What We're Looking For Experience: 8-10 years of experience, with at least 7 years in Business Finance. Education: 1st attempt Chartered Accountant or Postgraduate in Finance from a tier 1 college. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate across teams. Leadership: Should have led a team of managers and senior managers.
