The job description for a Associate Dean Discipline at a university generally involves leadership, administration, and academic oversight responsibilities within a specific academic discipline or department. Key Responsibilities

Female Candidates required.

Oversee development, implementation, and continuous improvement of discipline-specific academic programs and courses.
Provide leadership and supervision to faculty and academic staff within the discipline, including hiring, evaluation, and professional development.
Collaborate with faculty, administration, and external stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance, quality, and alignment with university policies.

Qualifications and Skills

Masters degree in the relevant field.

Knowledge of accreditation standards and assessment methods.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to promote academic excellence and student success.
