Communication Trainer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions on communication skills, soft skills, and interview preparation.
  • Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop training materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
  • Ensure sessions are engaging, interactive, and result-oriented.
  • Coordinate with the academic and placement teams to enhance overall student outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Excellent command over spoken and written English.
  • Prior experience as a communication or soft skills trainer (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
