Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aviation Trainer located in the Patna, Bihar. The Aviation Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering aviation training programs, conducting theoretical and practical training sessions, assessing trainees' performance, and providing feedback to improve their skills. The Trainer will also be responsible for staying updated with the latest aviation regulations and industry trends, creating training materials, and maintaining training records.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of aviation regulations, industry standards, and best practices
• Experience in cabin crew and aviation training programs, grooming, and skills development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to assess trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback
• Proficiency in creating training materials and maintaining training records
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, or related field
• Relevant aviation certifications and licenses are a plus
• Previous experience working in the aviation industry
