Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an Aviation Trainer located in Navi Mumbai. The Aviation Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, assessing student performance, and providing feedback for improvement. The trainer will also ensure that all training programs comply with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in aviation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong assessment and feedback capabilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in aviation training are beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in aviation, education, or related field
