Job Opening: Communication Trainer

📍 Location: Indore

🕒 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)

🕘 Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

💰 Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Communication Trainer to enhance the soft skills, spoken English, and professional communication of our students. If you have a passion for training and helping others grow confidently, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging sessions on spoken English, personality development, and interpersonal communication

Train learners in interview preparation, group discussion, and public speaking

Design and deliver practical activities, role plays, and assessments

Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback

Maintain class discipline and professional decorum

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (English, Communication, or Education preferred)

1–3 years of experience as a communication/soft skills trainer

Excellent command over English (spoken & written)

Strong classroom presence and presentation skills

Aviation or hospitality training experience is a plus (not mandatory)
