Associate Data Analyst

As a Data Research Analyst at Stem, your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting data research by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data sets. - Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identifying outliers in the data. - Assisting customers in troubleshooting system issues and maintaining SLA reports. - Utilizing business tools for data extraction, modeling, and troubleshooting to uncover insights for customer business growth. - Aligning with organizational goals and values to contribute to long-term success. - Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve common user issues. - Communicating clearly and politely with end users, providing timely updates on the status of reported issues. - Monitoring system alerts or dashboards and reporting anomalies. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics & Communication. - 1-3 years of experience in technical support for software products (B2B SaaS). - Experience in customer service, technical support, ticketing tools, and troubleshooting skills. - Proficiency in Excel and some knowledge of tools like Python/SQL. - Understanding of the renewable energy business. - Strong team player with the autonomy to manage workload. - Ability to collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and maintain professionalism in customer and internal communications. - Proactive approach in asking for help when needed and contributing to team goals.,
