Associate Data Analyst

As an Associate, you will support the EU re-pricing activities for customers of TNT, a company recently acquired by FedEx. This role offers valuable exposure to pricing strategies and logistics domain, helping you build strong commercial acumen. Additionally, it serves as an excellent introduction to data analysis by involving you in re-pricing processes to ensure revenue integrity. You will collaborate with multiple global stakeholders to support these initiatives and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist regional teams in the accurate implementation of pricing structures and the transition to FedEx pricing systems
• Support data analysis activities, transforming data into actionable insights that aid strategic decision-making
• Contribute to maintaining and improving data quality and analytic processes
• Take accountability for assigned tasks and collaborate effectively with global teams to deliver timely, high-quality outputs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders across various organizational levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1-2 years of professional experience or internship exposure in data analysis, business support, or related areas
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with advanced Excel is advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn, strong ownership mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
