Job Description

You will be joining a global team at New Relic dedicated to shaping the future of observability. As a member of the Customer Advocate team, your role will involve a focus on customer success, support, and sales methodologies to drive positive business outcomes for customers and the company. Your main responsibilities will include: - Retention: - Handling renewals proactively and reactively - Mitigating churn both proactively and reactively - Adoption: - Conducting onboarding processes - Performing health checks - Providing customer education and enablement through 1-to-many engagements - Expansion: - Transitioning customers off the legacy platform and increasing ACR at renewal time - Driving CRR growth throughout the customer lifecycle - Customer Relationship and Winbacks: - Addressing general queries from customers in the assigned territory - Resolving disputes and advocating for customer needs within New Relic - Winning back clients as net new business Qualifications required for this role include: - 2+ years of experience - Experience in customer-facing sales, renewals, or customer success roles in the SaaS industry - Previous experience carrying a quota for new business sales, renewals, and/or expansion - Comfort with using and learning new software tools - Experience with customer data analysis to influence decision-making - Ability to uncover key goals and guide customer stakeholders through value-based discussions - Interaction with customer teams at various technical and non-technical levels Bonus points if you have: - Background or technical knowledge in the observability space - Specific experience in Customer Success for a consumption-based platform Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
