The position is based in Bangalore and as a member of the customer success team, you will be responsible for various tasks. This includes proactively identifying and resolving issues related to Farmizen subscriptions, addressing customer queries through in-app chat, monitoring churn risks, developing strategies to mitigate churn, and coordinating with field officers to ensure smooth communication between customers and the field team. Proficiency in at least one of Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, is preferred.
