Job Overview -
The Creative Project Associate is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects within the Digital Marketing team. This role ensures smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Brand, Content & Copy, and Design—by managing workflows, prioritizing tasks, and tracking progress. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in project management tools like Jira to optimize workflow efficiency and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities -
- Project Management & Workflow Coordination
- Manage end-to-end creative project workflows, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking milestones and dependencies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prioritize tasks based on business goals.
- Ensure alignment between Marketing, Brand, Content, and Design teams on project objectives and deliverables.
- Facilitate creative brief development, ensuring teams have the necessary information to execute effectively.
- Manage approvals and feedback loops, ensuring stakeholders review and sign off on deliverables promptly.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all creative assets.
- Monitor workloads and resource allocation to optimize team efficiency.
- Serve as the main point of contact for creative project requests, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication across all project stages.
Jira & Process Optimization-
- Utilize Jira to create and manage project boards, track progress, and report status updates.
- Implement and refine workflow processes within Jira, ensuring teams follow best practices.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into project timelines and bottlenecks.
- Work with stakeholders to continuously improve Jira configurations for enhanced efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills-
- 1+ years of experience in project management within a creative, digital marketing, or advertising environment.
- Strong knowledge of Jira and experience in managing creative workflows using the platform.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
- Experience working with design, content, and marketing teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot project challenges and propose efficient solutions.
