ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR

📍Mumbai | 💼 Full Time

🧩 3–4 years in a mainline or digital agency

💰 ₹ 60K – ₹ 80K per month (Depending on experience. If you’re the right fit and need a bit more—we’re open to talking.)

We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director to support and co-lead creative projects alongside the Creative Director. You’ll play a hands-on role in ideating and executing work across formats—from digital to film to experiential. You’ll guide designers, writers, and editors, and ensure the creative output stays sharp, strategic, and impactful.

• Work closely with the Creative Director to shape creative strategies and campaign direction
• Lead concepting and execution across digital, social, film, static, and experiential formats
• Translate briefs into compelling creative ideas that meet client and brand goals
• Oversee and manage creative teams (writers, designers, editors, freelancers) across projects
• Build and present decks that sell creative work clearly and confidently
• Participate in client meetings and pitches—bringing clarity, conviction, and creativity
• Review and guide creative output to ensure quality, consistency, and originality
• Stay plugged into pop culture, design trends, and emerging formats
• Collaborate across departments—strategy, production, post—to bring ideas to life
• Recommend and work with external talent as needed (freelancers, directors, illustrators, etc.)

You’re an idea-first creative who’s obsessed with culture and driven to make things that people notice. You’ve worked on 360 campaigns, understand the digital landscape, and love collaborating with a team that pushes the work. You’re equally comfortable concepting a film as you are building a deck or reviewing copy. You take ownership, give great feedback, and know how to make ideas better—together.

• 3–4 years experience in a creative agency (digital or mainline)
• Strong portfolio showing off original ideas, solid execution, and versatility across formats
• Experience working across multiple projects, teams, and timelines
• Ability to lead brainstorms, manage feedback, and keep the creative process moving
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for storytelling, design, and staying ahead of the trend curve
