Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Contract Coordinator to support the coordination and administration of vendor and partner contracts across the EMEA and Americas regions This remote position is based in India and requires the ability to work flexible hours aligned with EMEA and Eastern Standard Time zones The ideal candidate is very well organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator with analytical and reasoning skills Internal training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure success in the role Key Responsibilities Coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of contracts for instructors, vendors and partners in the EMEA and Americas regions Support instructor, vendor and partner onboarding, ensuring all legal documentation is completed accurately and on time Negotiate contract terms and conditions, resolve redlines and answer vendor questions Escalate any potential challenges or identified risks to direct manager Maintain and update contract records and databases in compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements Schedule meetings and support colleagues during instructor and vendor calls Maintain clear communication workflows with internal and external stakeholders Collaborate closely with the Global Procurement Specialist, regional recruiters, and other cross-functional team members Facilitate the contract approval and signature process using electronic systems or manual routing Track the status of contracts and projects; proactively follow up on outstanding tasks Serve as a key point of contact for vendor and instructor queries in the given region Maintain instructor and vendor profiles and ensure the data are complete and accurate Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality Support variety of other projects within the education services area Required Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication in English High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to work Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Preferred Skills Familiarity with SharePoint or contract management systems (e g-, DocuSign, Xodo, etc-) Preferred Experience 1+ year of experience in contract administration, vendor management, or procurement Exposure to procurement, legal, training, or education sectors Experience working in a global environment or across multiple time zones Education Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Legal Studies, Training & Development, Business Administration or a related field Think you're the perfect fitSend us your CV along with a brief message telling us why youre the candidate weve been looking for Show more Show less
