• 8\5 SPOC for customer to support incident response service (Report, Monitor, Coordination & Problem Escalation).
• Analyse the incident tickets notified by SOC and assign it to the appropriate internal resolver group and daily follow up and escalate internally for non-closure .
• Investigate EDR & DLP consoles for further investigation.
• Refer to the email notification that we receive on customer mail ID and investigate and notify it to respective stakeholder.
• Incident response coordination between Atos’s team and customer. 
• Engages with team once an actionable incident ticket is marked for IT customer team’s action. 
• Escalates & coordinates for the defined response strategies and develop a customized communication plans for all team.  
• Coordinate during the handling incidents and works closely with Atos SOC team and Forensics Experts in case of Incident.
• Preparing Ad hoc reports as per customer requirement.
• Participates in discussion around Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports with stake holders 
• Organizes weekly and monthly review meeting with Customer & ATOS to meet their requirements and providing suggestions to improve the security 
• Conduct periodic review calls to track the SLA and the Contract commitment. 
• Co-ordinates change management request with SOC team, when needed. 
• Creates an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort. 
• Excel based tracking for a scenario (e.g. incident) for a short period of time.
• Responsible for Integration of Customer devices with NGSOC in coordination with Customer system administrators.
• Troubleshooting of malfunctioning log sources and connectors/parsers to ensure log are optimally collected from all systems devices.
• Compile first response information around event / incident for true positives - Interpret and prioritize events, relate them by trends.
• Identify the initial infection vector - Perform threat intelligence and protection against threats including malware, phishing, hacking etc. by consuming threat intelligence from a wide variety of sources ATOS.
• Mitigation, tracking and closure of incidents in coordination with Customer asset owner, monitoring of events and incidents in coordination with ATOS.
• Support for performing Cyber Incidents and Crisis management including performing drills, table top exercises, etc (If service is opted by customer).
• Responsible for closure of Brand Monitoring tickets (i.e Taking down of malicious sites, suspicious pages etc) post discussing with Stakeholders (If service is opted by customer).
