About the mission we offer you:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage the responsibilities below.

- Ensure compliance across multiple offices and project sites in India by developing and maintaining a robust compliance framework.

- Manage payroll compliance, including wages, EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

- Liaise with government agencies to secure and maintain necessary approvals and registrations under applicable laws.

- Oversee timely submission of all statutory returns and maintain a compliance calendar.

- Coordinate with third-party vendors and compliance vendors across India, ensuring adherence to all legal requirements.

- Prepare for and manage inspections under various labor laws, including PF, ESIC, Shop Act, and Factory Act.

- Keep the organization updated on new labor codes, POSH, BOCW, and other compliance requirements.

- Support audit processes related to statutory, payroll, and employment compliance.

- Ensure employee contracts, appointment letters, and termination documents are compliant with Indian and international laws.

- Develop compliance dashboards and reports to monitor progress and inform leadership.

- Assist with new office setups, licenses, and approvals under relevant laws.

About You:

Qualifications: MBA/ PGDM

Languages: English (Fluent)

Main skills: 15+ year experience in compliance with India business by developing a compliance framework.
