Job Title : Telesales Executive (Fresher) Key Responsibilities : - Outbound Calls : Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services. - Product Knowledge : Learn and understand the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. - Customer Engagement : Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up on inquiries. - Sales Pitch : Develop and deliver a clear and persuasive sales pitch tailored to customer needs. - Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system. - Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve sales targets. - Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from customers to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
