Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for both pre-sales analysis and post-sales activities, providing strategic and analytical support to our clients. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities, and translating them into functional requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, QA, and project management, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Pre-Sales Analysis

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.
  • Analyze client requirements and propose appropriate web and mobile-based IT solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Post-Sales Analysis

  • Collaborate with the client to gather and analyze project requirements.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal solution design.
  • Provide ongoing support and clarification to the development teams during the implementation phase.
  • Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, UML Diagrams and Wireframes, and perform Feasibility analysis.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the delivered solution meets client expectations.

Required Skill Set And Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a Web and mobile-based IT services company.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, web, and mobile technologies and trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering client presentations.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
