Associate Business Analyst

Your primary responsibilities will include business analysis, requirements analysis, stakeholder management, and business process modeling. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver project requirements effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct requirements analysis and elicitation by gathering business requirements from stakeholders through phone and email. - Manage scope effectively to prevent scope creep and ensure the delivery of agreed-upon requirements. - Provide estimates for projects and coordinate developer estimates, taking responsibility for project estimation. - Track and report project metrics, create requirements matrices, and business process flows for development. - Collaborate with developers to clarify required enhancements/developments and create test scenarios based on requirements. - Execute various testing phases including integration, system, and regression testing, and track problems and defects. - Generate supporting documentation for projects and participate in training and documentation at the engagement level. - Work closely with multiple support teams to ensure project success and turnover to production. **Qualification Required:** - 1+ years of full-time experience as a Business Analyst - Proficiency in business process modeling and diagramming techniques - Working knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban - Experience working with US/UK customers and engaging positively with customers - Ability to create business and functional requirement specifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with stakeholders and end-users At YASH Technologies, you will have the opportunity to create a career path tailored to your aspirations while working in an inclusive team environment.
