Strong Workday knowledge / workday certification or extensive experience (Workday Absence and Time). Strong Communication skills that is able to translate business needs with configuration in the system. Knowledge of the region norms. Support time management and absence for the above regions. Documentation, Requirements, Workbook, Sprint supports. Write & manage plan for delivery. Define populations needing to provide input. Support and influence expectations & involvement of SMEs. Support design discussions and hold meetings for requirements gathering, clarifications. Identify and communicate risks, roadblocks or concerns. Provide visibility on decisions / guidance to leadership. Ensure all SMEs have common understanding and approve final deliverables with help from team/SMEs. Provide support and escalations as needed. Support Completion of WD workbooks with SMEs. Support Jira (Open, groom, & close tickets). Identify policy & process changes. Identify issues / blockers. Support sub-workstream lead with requirements elicitation, grooming. Jira management as needed. Coordination as requested. Identify issues/blockers. Accustomed to SDLC and Agile process. Qualifications Proficient in multiple workday modules like Core HR, Time and Absence. Knowledge of the region norms. Backup for workstream leads. Support time management and absence for the above regions. Documentation, Requirements, Workbook, Sprint supports. Good understanding of business requirements and reporting strategies. Ability to work independently and be a team player. Ability to work in second shift if required to cover Asia Pacific regions. Strong Workday knowledge if possible workday certificate or extensive experience. Strong Communication skills that is able to translate business needs with configuration in the system. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five plus years of workday experience with proficiency in multiple workday modules. Workday Absence/Time Tracking Certification preferred

As a Business Analyst in the Actimize Group, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and working with various stakeholders to deliver effective solutions for financial crime, risk management, and compliance challenges. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring that our products and services meet client expectations and regulatory standards. How will you make an impact? Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for various Actimize solutions in financial crime, risk management, and compliance areas. Translate business needs into technical requirements for data science and machine learning initiatives. Create detailed business requirements documents, use cases by translating business needs into technical requirements for Data Science & Data Analyst teams. Data Analysis: Work closely with Data analyst team to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Provide actionable insights to Data analysts, Data Scientists & Business stakeholders to improve processes and decision-making. Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib. Present complex data concepts and results in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical audiences. Prepare and present reports, status updates, and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting project progress, risks, and opportunities. Solution Development: Work closely with Data Science, Data Analysis & Product teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and support the development of solutions that address business needs. Identify opportunities for process standardization, improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the tasks delivered by Actimize Watch teams. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather insights, understand needs, and manage expectations. Showcase various data analytics reports to internal & external stakeholders. Review & Validation: Collaborate with Data analyst teams to develop various data analysis reports, validate them against business requirements. Consistently work on standardizing analysis tasks and offer timely improvement suggestions to the Data Science and Data Analyst teams. Have you got what it takes? Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus. 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data science and machine learning projects, preferably in financial services or risk management. Experience in business process modeling, requirement elicitation, and documentation. Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., Python, Excel, SQL). Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data manipulation. Proficiency in using business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio,etc). Understanding of financial crime, risk management, and compliance solutions, preferably with Actimize products or similar platforms. Eurofins is developing the eLIMS-NG solution (Eurofins Laboratory Information Management System, the Next Generation), a comprehensive and integrated suite of tools and applications to support testing business in our laboratories worldwide. The functional Analyst will be a key part of the eLIMS-NG scrum teams, reporting to the Product Owner (or Delivery Manager), and be the functional expert responsible for analyzing the functional process and defining detailed functional specifications. ROLE & OBJECTIVES : Collaborate closely with the Product management team to understand the content of the eLIMS-NG User Requirements and the business process represented. Model the user requirements from the Product Management team into functional and non-functional user stories with the appropriate set of supporting artefacts such as domain models and service requirements. Validate the proposed solutions with the Product Owner and the Product Management team Create, update and own Domain models as per the functional specifications Initiate service requirements for new capabilities or changes in exiting capabilities in other systems, required to deliver the user stories/user requirements Participate in Sprint Backlog management and optimization Participate in Scrum Ceremonies and provide inputs to the development team during Daily Stand-up, Backlog refinement, Retrospective meetings. Ensure quality and conformity of what is delivered compared to business need Support review of test cases for the implemented solution Validate the implemented solution by the scrum team Create and maintain User Manuals for the product functionality targeted at end users Triage defects and tickets from customers.
