Associate Business Analyst

As an Associate Business Analyst in Chennai, reporting to an IT Manager, your role will involve providing support to business users on ERP applications - Baan V and Infor LN. Your responsibilities will include processing tickets from business users on ERP processes, analyzing them, and responding to queries or providing inputs to the Dev teams for enhancing solutions to meet requirements. Additionally, you will be testing new solutions delivered by development teams and ensuring smooth delivery to end users. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to business users on ERP applications - Baan V and Infor LN - Process tickets from business users on ERP processes and analyze them - Respond to queries or provide inputs to Dev teams for enhancing solutions - Test new solutions delivered by development teams and deliver to end users as required Qualifications: - Functional knowledge with an educational background in financial processes - 4 to 5 years of related experience typically required - Demonstrated knowledge of functional concepts - Awareness of functional impact on work processes and other functions - Knowledge of Baan5/LN Finance implementation is preferred - Team focus, good communication, and documentation skills,
