Airline Order Manager Lead Business Analyst:

The Airline Order Manager Lead Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in guiding the business analysis, process design, and implementation of the airlines order management system (OMS).

This critical position serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that the OMS supports the airlines strategic objectives and operational requirements.

The Lead Business Analyst can provide subject matter expertise in order management, coordinates business requirements gathering, drives process optimization, and champions the adoption of industry standards such as IATAs New Distribution Capability (NDC) and ONE Order.
