Overview Of The Role

As a Associate / Specialist - Brands & Events, you will translate the creative strategy, branding and messaging into a visual road map, defining design direction, requirements and guidelines.This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand and marketing efforts through visually stunning and strategically aligned motion graphics.

Job Responsibilities

Develop video/animated content for marketing briefs including, social marketing videos, product marketing videos, corporate videos and others
Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms
Utilizing video software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects
Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content
Adapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices
Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet brand requirements
Understanding of animation styles, motion communications and storytelling techniques
Apply Expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques, be able to visualize directorial concepts and work according to a strict time schedule
Perform color correction for existing and newly shot footage to align with the final creative output.
Ability to insert and synchronize voiceovers, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects as required
A sharp eye for design and aesthetics, and exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize effectively

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
1- 4 years of video development experience in a collaborative environment is required
Experience in SaaS animation or product-focused motion graphics will be a plus.
Impeccable communication skills to effectively convey ideas to both internal and external audiences as you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the vision is communicated cohesively
Ability to translate ideas into visually compelling and impactful motion graphics/video assets
Competence in converting complex information into graphics, charts, and data visualizations
Expertise in Video Production, Video Editing , Color Grading and Motion Graphics
Working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint is good to have
