Job Description – Non-Voice Process ExecutivePosition Title: Non-Voice Process ExecutiveDepartment: Operations / Customer SupportLocation: [Insert Location] Employment Type: Full-time /Contract Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries and support requests via email, chat, or ticketing tools. Maintain and update customer records, databases, and logs accurately. Perform data entry, verification, and validation tasks as per process requirements. Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed. Adhere to quality standards, process guidelines, and turnaround times (TAT). Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or fulfill requests. Maintain confidentiality and security of customer and company information. Generate periodic reports related to productivity and customer interactions. Requirements:Education: Minimum 10+2; Graduation preferred. Experience: 0–2 years in a BPO/non-voice support role (freshers welcome). Excellent written communication skills in English. Good typing speed (35–40 WPM) with high accuracy. Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends. Preferred Skills:Prior experience in email or chat support, back-office operations, or data processing. Familiarity with CRM tools, helpdesk software, or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk). Multilingual typing ability (optional, if needed for regional or international clients).
