Role & responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement:

    Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience from entry to exit.
  • Service Support:

    Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Cleanliness & Hygiene:

    Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in both the service area and dining space, following all safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Billing & POS Operation:

    Handle billing processes accurately, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, and manage customer payments.
  • Inventory Management:

    Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory checks, and support restocking activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with team members across departments to maintain workflow and address operational needs as they arise.
