Job Description

Support existing franchise partners through planned activities, including
school-based initiatives, to ensure consistent business growth
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise prospects in assigned
regions
Conduct effective presentations for prospective and existing parents to
promote programs and strengthen engagement
Perform data analysis to track business performance and derive
actionable insights
Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide necessary support to
franchise partners
Eligibility
Experience
: 3 5 years in Sales Management
Education: UG
Any degree.
PG
MBA (Preferable)
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil. Strong interpersonal, people management, and presentation skills. Proficient in computer applications and MS Office tools
