Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Ranchi. The selected candidate will handle case research, draft legal documents, prepare case files, and provide support in court proceedings. They will collaborate with senior advocates, analyze legal disputes, and develop practical solutions for clients. The Associate will also participate in client consultations and strategic planning regarding legal matters.

Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills
• Ability to draft and review legal documents with precision
• Effective communication, negotiation, and client interaction skills
• Understanding of criminal law, matrimonial law and other allied laws
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and technology
• Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving capabilities
• Bar Council registration and a degree in law (LLB or equivalent)
• Prior experience in litigation and court proceedings is an advantage
