Role Overview

As an Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM), you will:

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors/agents
• Drive business growth and achieve sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service
• Mentor and guide agents to improve performance and productivity

Key Responsibilities

1. Agent Recruitment – Identify potential candidates, recruit qualified agents, and maintain an active pipeline.
2. Agent Development – Provide training, field support, and skill development to agents.
3. Business Achievement – Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets; maintain product mix and quality standards.
4. Customer Centricity – Conduct customer meets, gather feedback, and resolve queries effectively.
