Responsibilities:

✅ Timely transaction processing via workflow tools

✅ Maintain accuracy & adherence to process benchmarks

✅ Escalate unresolved cases to SME/Manager

✅ Keep process documentation up to date

✅ Adhere to login/logout schedules

✅ Take only pre-approved leaves

Eligibility:

Education:

Domain Experience in:

• Health / Life / Disability Claims
• Leave / Absence Management

Skills Required:

• Strong written English communication
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Working knowledge of

  MS Excel, Outlook, Chrome/Browser tools
