Role Description

The Associate Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting financial decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting. Additionally, the Associate Accountant will collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations and contribute to process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting
• GST, TDS & ITR filing
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reconciliation
• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA certification is a plus
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a similar domain is an advantage
