Associate Accountant

Role Overview: As an Accounting Specialist at Concept Medical, you will be a crucial part of the team, ensuring the smooth functioning of financial processes. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute significantly to our operations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Management Information System (MIS) data to offer valuable insights into business performance. - Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales teams to submit various SAP reports and entries promptly. - Aid in the preparation of tender filings to adhere to procurement requirements effectively. - Monitor outstanding balances through debtors reports to facilitate collections efforts. - Engage with banking institutions for financial transactions and inquiries efficiently. - Maintain accurate financial records using your expertise in accounting systems or ERP. - Demonstrate proficiency in GST compliance and uphold bookkeeping principles diligently. - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial spreadsheets by updating them with daily transactions. - Process invoices and liaise with Marketing and Sales teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts. - Hands-on experience with SAP software. - Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.,
