Tens of millions of workers rely on our workforce operating platform to start and end their days, helping them get paid, grow in their careers, and shape the future of their industries. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the department. - Manage a team of 7-10 members effectively. - Coach, mentor, or guide the team. - Complete daily production requirements meeting SLAs. - Support automation and transformation projects. - Maintain high accuracy levels. - Communicate service or business issues to leadership and propose solutions. - Foster relationships with internal stakeholders. - Demonstrate problem-solving, time management, and priority setting skills. - Uphold UKG core values. - Generate operational metrics to manage team performance. - Manage customer communications and build strong relationships. - Engage in the hiring process with the manager. - Implement quality control measures. - Encourage team members to submit process innovation ideas. **Qualifications:** - Experience in leading a direct team. - Working knowledge of UltiPro is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Conflict resolution abilities. - Strong customer service skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks under stringent timelines. - Highly motivated and team-oriented. **Education/Certification/License:** - Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
