Job Overview

Managing end to end 3PL warehouse function with multiple client (10-15

customers) and ensuring the profitable operation.

Job Description

 Managing inbound activity by distributing work among the team to ensure

all GRN done in the system timely and accurately.

 To ensure the PUTAWAY done in the warehouse with 100% accuracy

 To ensure zero SLA breach in B2C orders processing for all the customers

in their respective panel/WMS system

 To ensure timely processing of RTO for all all the customers in their

respective panel/WMS system

 Doing timely cycle count and to ensure zero variance

 Ensure timely dispatches with 100% accuracy

 Adequate and timely reporting to all customer as per the scope of

agreement

 Recruit and train warehouse personnel as per the approved budged

manpower

 Advance planning of packing material for all the customer and ensuring

adequate PM inventory available



Qualification: Any Graduate with strong analytical skill

Experience: 8-10 years

Specific Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skill, Good in

data management and analytics
