Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Media Reconciliations In this role, you will be responsible for meticulous process of verifying that the media placements purchased—such as TV spots, digital ads, or radio slots—align precisely with what was contracted, delivered, and invoiced. Develop & lead effective working relationships in the organization and actively collaborate closely with all Key Stakeholders Responsibilities Compare media vendor invoices against campaign records, insertion orders, and delivery reports to ensure accuracy. Discrepancies, such as overcharges or missed spots, are flagged, and clients are not billed for errors. Media Reconciliation involves aligning performance data—like impressions or airtime—with the contracted terms, especially in performance-based models like Cost per Mille (CPM) or Cost per Click (CPC). Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to build and commercialize existing and new product offerings Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda Must be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations, GPO, Digital team, Transformation team, Transitions team etc. Pro-active, ability to trouble shoot, work through organizational change scenarios. Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and bring up performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps. Collaborate in the new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition, and stabilization Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Own end-to-end client service delivery and P&L Be a key driving force in leading new/existing relationships with a set of valuable clients leading to a balanced P&L Develop a strategy for winning and transitioning new deals while running and growing the existing relationships Own the way in implementing new technologies in operations and display a strong executive presence Engage in building collaborative teams that align and work to achieve Genpact and Client goals. Excellent knowledge of ERP Applications, Workflow Tools etc. Qualified Chartered Accountant and Graduate from top Commerce colleges. Prior experience in the Media industry.
