Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing & Asset Positioning
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for IT Parks and SEZs to support leasing and brand building.
  • Collaborate with leasing, asset management, sustainability & CSR and design teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Position assets as future-ready, sustainable, and tech-enabled campuses for global occupiers.
B2B & Institutional Marketing
  • Design campaigns targeting CXOs, CRE heads, IPCs, and institutional investors.
  • Build thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and industry partnerships.
  • Manage corporate communications, investor presentations, and brand storytelling.
Digital & Performance Marketing
  • Lead digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and industry platforms to generate qualified leads and increase visibility and reach
  • Oversee website, SEO/SEM, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics and dashboards.
Brand & Asset Marketing
  • Continue to strengthen the brand identity and marketing collaterals for each commercial asset.
  • Oversee signage, hoardings, brochures, AVs, and experience centers.
  • Manage PR, media relations, and event sponsorships.
Tenant & Community Engagement
  • Design tenant engagement programs, tech events, and sustainability campaigns.
  • Collaborate with property management to enhance occupier experience and retention.
ESG & Innovation Communication
  • Highlight ESG initiatives, green certifications, and smart infrastructure in marketing narratives.
  • Promote innovation zones, co-working hubs, and digital infrastructure within SEZs and IT Parks.
Team & Vendor Management
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals and manage external agencies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, content, and creative assets.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 12-15 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in commercial real estate, IT parks, SEZs, or related sectors (e.g., IPCs, REITs, co-working, CRE tech).
  • Strong understanding of leasing cycles, occupier behavior, and commercial asset branding.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders.
