Job Description

As an Assistant Vice President, HRO Operations at Genpact, your role will involve leading the overall operational activities and ensuring noise-free operations, along with strong customer stakeholder management. You will be hands-on in ensuring delivery per customer expectation and meeting defined SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction.
