Assistant Vice President Enterprise Sales

FAST FACTS is hiring a high-impact AVP – Enterprise Sales to accelerate enterprise adoption of our Direct Tax, Payroll & Fixed Asset Management platforms.

This is a strategic, CXO-facing role suited for a qualified CA who thinks like a CFO, someone who understands financial processes deeply and can translate that insight into compelling, value-led enterprise sales outcomes.

You will drive large-account sales, shape growth strategy, and work directly with our CA Business Head, contributing to a high-performance, transformation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end enterprise sales, proposals, negotiations & closures.

Engage CFOs, Controllers & CXOs with credibility of a CA, framing discussions around compliance, financial accuracy & ROI.

Build strong business value cases—ROI models, efficiency gains, cost optimizations, and automation roadmaps.

Drive strategic account expansion: Mapping influencers, cross-sell & up-sell opportunities.

Maintain high-quality forecasting, CRM discipline & data-led reporting.

Consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets in a competitive, enterprise-driven environment.

What You Bring:

3 to 5 years of demonstrated success in enterprise/B2B software sales—ERP, SaaS, CRM, Tax Tech, or Finance platforms.

CA/ CA inter qualification with the ability to converse, influence

Proven experience selling to large enterprises with measurable success stories and revenue outcomes.

Strong consultative selling, solution mapping & financial storytelling skills

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management & negotiation ability

High ownership mindset—organized, energetic, and comfortable leading strategic deals end-to-end.
