Job Description

Role Overview: As an ideal candidate for this role, you must be an MBA in HR or Finance with experience in a Business Management function. Your role will involve working closely with leaders on a day-to-day basis. It is essential for you to have strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple critical requests from various stakeholders with outstanding precision. Moreover, you should possess strong communication skills across various forums and mediums, with a proven ability to distil information into key messages and deliver them succinctly according to the audience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial reporting. - Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and other accounting records in accordance with relevant accounting standards, rules, and regulations. - Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, reporting them to senior colleagues. - Develop and maintain a robust system of internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data. - Implement up-to-date financial policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective financial practices. - Select, implement, and maintain financial systems and software applications, collaborating with IT colleagues for integration. - Prepare and submit statutory and regulatory reports, providing support to other departments in their preparation and review of reports. - Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities in support of audits and examinations. Qualifications Required: - MBA in HR or Finance - Experience in a Business Management function - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to distil information into key messages - Strong stakeholder engagement skills - Enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter, pro-active, and a team player - Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator - Ability to take ownership of issues and manage through to resolution - Eye for detail and exceptional track record in managing and resolving conflict situations - Ability to provide detailed analysis and information on complex queries/problems - Minimal supervisory oversight and able to perform duties with minimal guidance - Assertiveness, tenacity, and control-focused approach Additional Company Details: The role will be based out of Noida, India.
