Job Description

Role Overview: As an ideal candidate for this role, you are expected to hold an MBA in HR or Finance and possess experience in a Business Management function. Your ability to work effectively with leaders on a day-to-day basis is crucial. You should have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple critical requests from various stakeholders with precision. Additionally, you must have strong communication skills across different forums and mediums, with a proven ability to distill information into key messages for different audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Management of the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, and other accounting records in accordance with the relevant accounting standards, rules, and regulations. - Support in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks, and reporting on these financial risks to senior colleagues. - Development and maintenance of a robust system of internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure no fraudulent misreporting, and ensure the accuracy of financial data. - Development and implementation of up-to-date financial policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective financial practices across the organization. - Management of the selection, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems and software applications, including collaboration with IT colleagues. - Preparation and submission of statutory and regulatory reports to authorities, and providing support to other departments in their preparation and review of regulatory reports. - Coordination with external auditors and regulatory authorities in support of audits and examinations. Qualifications Required: - MBA in HR or Finance. - Experience in a Business Management function. - Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Strong communication skills across various mediums. - Proven ability to distill information into key messages. - Ability to balance multiple critical requests with precision. - Good stakeholder engagement skills. - Enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter, pro-active, and a team player. - Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator. - Ability to take ownership of issues and manage through to a successful resolution. - Eye for detail and exceptional track record in managing and resolving conflict situations. - Minimal supervisory oversight and able to perform duties with minimal or no guidance. - Assertiveness, tenacious, and control-focused.,
