Identify gaps in servicing and propose solutions. Building relations – market, insurance companies, Aon network, third Party Intermediaries, technical colleagues, underwriters to enhance service delivery, establish new opportunities for risk placement or facilitate the settlement and payment of claims Work with existing team members to provide guidance and assisting the team to enhance productivity Sharing best practices and work with sales colleagues to develop Motor opportunities to meet annual target for the team Develop promotional materials and participate in trade shows, conferences, marketing and PR campaigns and other activities designed to enhance the image of products and services; Skills and Attitude Have experience in managing motor fleet business.
