Key Contributions

Strategic Channel Development

• Design and implement agency-specific strategies to scale GTI business across regions.


• Collaborate with zonal and regional agency heads to align business plans and targets.

Sales Enablement & Execution

• Drive GTI product penetration across agency branches by enabling Leaders.


• Monitor and support branch-level execution, ensuring timely activation and conversion of leads.

Agency Force Engagement

• Conduct regular engagement sessions, workshops, and training programs to build GTI product knowledge and selling capabilities.


• Identify high-potential agents and leaders for focused GTI business development.

Compliance & Governance

·       Ensure all GTI sales through the agency channel adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards Promote ethical selling practices and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
